Extreme freestyle power with all around maneuverability and full edge to edge control. The new DF2 with Smiley camber features a premium poplar woodcore to decrease weight, but allow precise response that gives you pop. Comes with pre-tuned edges for street and rails. A true freestyle stick to enhance mountain to park playfulness.
• TWIN TIP:
The width and length of tip and tail are exactly the same. Inserts and stance are perfectly centered with no set back.
• PREMIUM POP:
Core made from the finest quality poplar wood. Its most important feature is its low density homogeneous throughout the entire board. This is created by narrow veining that gives the board a unique feel. The core transmits energy throughout tip and tail, and gives the rider a feeling of being fused to the board. Designed for all-terrain boards with freestyle aspects.
• EXT4000:
Highest quality P-tex compound. This high-density base proves to be lightning fast and tough.
• TRANSITIONAL:
This unique sidecut consists of two concentric circle arcs. The first arc initiates and finalizes your carve to make it smooth and easy, while the second arc helps hold an edge between the start and finish of your carve. The result is constant distribution of pressure while riding, resulting in clean, fluid, carves at high speeds.
• BIAX:
Glass fibers are positioned at 90° off-axis to transmit soft torsion stiffness for an easy carving ride.
• STRUC TURN
Patented stone-grind base finish that we proudly offer on most of our Drake boards. A Structurn base glides much faster and further than an ordinary, unstructured board. Like dimples on a golf ball, a Structurn base has a series of elongated grooves that break down the friction between board and snow for improved results. The base is drastically different in wet or slushy condition where Structurn has the advantage in riding further and faster than other bases. It works great in all snow conditions.
• SMILEY
Drake own way of intending reverse camber over the board. Smiley concept offers a reverse free camber shape creating
a constant arch from tip to tail which come 6mm raised compare to a regular snowboard. Boards ride smother, minimizing edge catching on take offs and landings, allowing great nose and tail presses and taking sensation to a whole new level.
Bringing back the fun and skateboard feeling to the snowboards! When it’s applied to a freeride oriented model like the battle it give an outstanding gliding and lift in soft and deep snow.

Our freestyle – jibbing boards come straight from the factory with pre-detuned edges on tip and tail. This prevents the snowboard from catching edges, and gives an extra buttery feeling while riding. If you’re going to hit boxes, rails, or walls, this is the perfect feature for you!
